Halifax, Canada, October 7, 2005.  Snow Dragon™ distributor in Russia, Michael Baranov conducted a presentation today at Moscow's Central Administrative Area (CAA) Headquarters.  At the conclusion of this presentation, Michael Baranov was presented a certificate from the Moscow Buildings, Roads and Machines Certification Agency, which has approved the importing of the Snow Dragon SND-900 Snowmelter into Russia.  

Snow Dragon™ is pleased to announce the appointment of George Paldi as its European Representative.  Based in Budapest, Hungary Mr. Paldi brings eight years experience dealing with airport and municipal service issues in various areas, including snow and ice management. 

In his new position as an independent representative for Snow Dragon, LLC, Mr. Paldi will assume responsibility for marketing and sales of snow melter and snow feeder products throughout Europe.
